Refund Policy for More Business Group

Cancellation and Refund Terms

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 hours and 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time will receive a partial refund. A cancellation fee may be deducted.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking.

Processing time for refunds is typically within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Special Circumstances

We may consider full or partial refunds in cases of:

  • Flight delays or cancellations (with proper documentation)
  • Severe weather conditions affecting travel
